VISION
My Vision is to help people look and feel confident about the way they see themselves in the mirror.
My favourite motto is look good feel good, feel good look good!
Within my Vision I want to create awareness of the importance of self-love, self-care and doing things just for you, because you deserve to feel awesome.
Alongside this I like to highlight issues surrounding mental health, mainly anxiety and depression and how this can have a detrimental impact on self-confidence.
This is a topic that is very close to me personally, I am very passionate about the way we see ourselves especially when living with mental health issues and how we can work together to create a more positive mind-set and promote self- image confidence.
All my work is based around this Vision. It is just one of the 3 main pillars of my business.
Values
The Core Values of Alvarez Aesthetics are the foundation of all I do and how I am able to achieve the best results for you guys.
The things that I Value the most are Safety, Honesty and Balance.
Safety is at the forefront of my practice, this is why I like to stay up to date with all the latest techniques, treatments and product information. I’m continually refreshing complications management; infection prevention and hygiene, especially while we have been in the midst of a pandemic, Covid safe working is paramount!
I am fully insured with Hamilton Fraser a member of ACE the Aesthetic Complications Experts and SaveFace registered.
The products I select are all of the highest standards and have excellent clinical and safety data! They are purchased from reputable pharmacies that only sell to registered medical professionals.
Detailed consultations including in depth medical history screening are also an important element regarding safety, it is where I can find out which treatment will be the best and safest way of getting the results you are after.
Honesty is a massive part of how I work. Anyone that is already one of my fabulous patients knows that I will always be brutally honest with you. I will tell you the truth about which treatments will benefit you the most and the things that you really don’t need to be spending your money on!
I always say I’ll never be rich but you guys will always look bloody amazing.
Honesty flows nicely onto my 3rd value, Balance. Natural enhancements are what I aim for. Finding a balance between looking good not done is my aim.
I will also say NO! If I think that a treatment will unbalance and change your face too much I will not carry out the treatment. We are aiming to keep you looking like YOU but a more refreshed, confident fabulous YOU!
Ethos
At Alvarez Aesthetics my Ethos is what distinguishes me from the rest.
The 3 main elements of my ethos are Trust, Discipline and Realistic Expectations.
Trust is all about trusting the journey.
Whatever journey we go on together, be it to reach your ultimate skin goal, that perfect pout, or anything else, you will go through different stages before you reach the final goal. I am here to guide you through every step of the journey. Remember fabulous results can take time and there’s no mad rush.
Now when I talk about discipline I’m not saying I’m going to get the cane out if you are naughty, I’m talking about being disciplined with the treatment plan, skincare routine or aftercare instructions I give you. Sticking to my advice will ensure you get the best results from your treatment and will help you reach your goals quicker.
Last but not least is realistic expectations, these are vital to have, I know I’m good at what I do but come on guys I’m not a bloody magician or a plastic surgeon.
Results vary from person to person. It all depends on factors such as age, lifestyle, medical history and budget. I can’t promise to make you look like Beyoncé but I can promise to get as close as possible to your goal, you will always leave looking good and feeling confident.
